Reading (Feb 2002)
Usually I bring along 2 books in my bag. One is easy reading fiction or chicken-soup type books, the other is sophisticated knowledge book required deep understanding.. Because they are using either my right or left brain, I can exercise some portion of my brain at one time and let the remaining parts to take rest. This will fully use the brain as a whole. I also discovered different approach to speed up my reading, like visualizing pictures, feeling the emotion, catching the main points etc.

Compound Interests (Feb 2002)
Einstein said “compound interests” is the greatest invention/ discovery in history. I realized this rule not only apply in finance, but also in my learning curve. When I firstly pick up a new knowledge/ kill, I always feel difficulty and see little advancement. Sometimes I may give up. However, when I insist in doing so for a period, I discover it grows quickly suddenly. It is the power of exponential growth (compound interests) taking place. Those lessons teach me be patient and persistent to accomplish anything. I mayn’t see the result immediately because it takes time to accumulate the energy. But one day it will how me all my effort is worthy.Wholeness creates abundance in life

I talked with my brother about a HK megastore selling fruits at lowest prices but he sometimes bought at small stores even the price is a little higher. Otherwise all small stores will close and the megastore will control the retail industry. It is interesting to realize how our choice can influence the community.
A lot of people complain some newspapers have negative influence on the public by exaggerating the violent and sexy report. But who are reading the complained newspapers and making them so profitable ?
A lot of people complain a fast food chain stores offer squeezing hourly rate to part-time workers. But who are eating at the complained chain stores and making them so profitable ?
A lot of people complain a famous HK billionaire take advantage from Government and dominate in the property and communication industry. But who are speculating on the stocks of the complained billionaire and making him so profitable ?
We are expecting the politician and Government reform the community to have an equal and democratic system. But we forget to behave ourselves in a equal and democratic ways in our daily living. This is the distinction of Have-Do-Be and Be-Do-Have.

Experience
your experience (16/3/2000)
Once my little dog JJ was sick, when I sent Reiki
energy to him, I was amazed to feel that he was very joyful. I find that he
always freely expresses his emotion. Whether it is joyful, angry, depressed,
excited or anxious etc. He just experiences his experiences and expresses
immediately.
Child
is the same. However, when we grow up, we are taught to hold up our emotion,
differentiate which emotion is right, which is wrong. To be a nice child, we
should not express our anger in front of others. You can only express happiness.
However, the fact is that when you suppress your emotion of anger, you’ll at
the same time suppress the ability to experience your joy. Improving Emotional
Quotient EQ is very important.
That
explains why some people like to watch movie, listen to music, read fiction,
play drama or participate in some Human Potential training courses. It provides
a space to release their emotion stored inside.
However,
it is important to go to the source. When we dare to experience and express our
emotion in front of others, we’ll experience the passion of life. Anyway, life
is just a drama. No need to be attached.

Psychic Communication (11/3/2000)
When
we listen to others, the message is interpreted by our mind. The message is
sometimes distorted to fit into our fix belief. The fix belief is accumulated by
our past experiences. Misunderstanding and judgement happen.
We can listen to others’ heart through inner voice (Reiki II will teach this skill). We can feel their emotion and ask why. There is no judgement.

100% intention create 100% result.
However, if your intention is coming from your mind, not following your inner
voice, you may be unpleasant even though you’ve
got your result. For example, when you 100% intent to earn money, you will be
rich. But it is possible you still feel the emotion of anxiety, anger, envy,
guilty. This is Do-Have-Be.
On the other hand, when we listen to our inner voice and follow in action, you will experience joy, peace and love in your life. You can accomplish results with least effort. Money will then be the by-product to support your desired living. This is Be-Do-Have.
When you align your inner voice/ intention/ action, you will experience the wholeness of body/ mind/ spirit, unity of heaven/ earth/ self, oneness of the universe. Miracles are created at this moment. The Great Masters in history have done that. You can do that too, if you believe you can.

If time and money is not a concern, will you still work in your current position or live in the way you are now?
Do you think you come here to live for making money, or there is a higher purpose?
The Creator has given the best to you already. You are equipped with unique talent. However, you are blaming you are not cable, so you never be promoted; or you think your talent can’t bring you money, so you have to work in current position. This is a victim conversation.
The school encourage us imitate the characteristics of successful person. Our boss request us follow their ways of doing. Our parents expect us have the same value.
When you exercise your unique talent, you will find fulfillment and success at work and life, accomplish the achievement easily. However, you need to be willing to jump out from your comfort zone and live in your unique way, which may be different to major of society. This is a pay-off. Just BE who you are. Everyone has his unique path.

Once I was thinking when to talk about this topic. It is time to write it down because it has great implications. When realizing the truth of Reincarnation and Karma (cause and effect), I had a paradigm shift towards purpose of life. I started to ask why I come here this life ? I am no longer afraid of death, needless to say any challenges in life ? This triggers a quantum leap in my spiritual growth.
In some sessions of Crystal Chakras Healing, we help to clear the emotion (aura) blocked in the body of recipients which is generated in childhood and even past lives. The emotion stored will formulate your character and cause physical diseases. Most hereditary diseases are effect of Karma in past lives. The vibration of Karma will determine the happening of your life. An angry Karma will source incidents make you angry. The angry Karma is created by an angry emotion which is caused by your objection to reality.
It is interesting to find that the people having relationship with the recipients of Crystal Chakras Healing (especially the spouse and family) always have Karmic bond with them in past lives. There is no coincidence for them to go together.

Conversation with GOD

There is no co-incidence for me to read the triology of Conversation with GOD at this moment.
The most important inspiration to me is the purpose of GOD to create human being is simply experiencing our experiences. This is consistent with the “isness” of Zen, “go with the flow” of Tao, “present at the moment“ of New Age Movement. This is a world of relativity, without sadness, we can’t experience joy; without anger, we can’t experience peace;, without selfish and hate, we can’t experience unconditional love……. There is no right or wrong for those feeling, or which is better than the other.
The book covers the core issues of our lives, world and universe. It talks about the relationship with GOD and other people; the future of our world and the choices of human being; the potential and free will of human being; how to be a most loving person ……. Etc. This book is difficult to be understood with our MIND. It is enlightened only with our SPIRIT.
The book makes me feel so excited when I discover the messages inside is so familiar to what I am currently living on ……

Relationship with
money (24/2/2000)
Someone asks “How
can you charge for the healing service? “ My answer “Why not? My service
deserves for this.”
Look into the
question. The rational behind is saying that the healing service is so pure,
many people can benefit from it and so you shouldn’t charge for any money.
This should be like the work of volunteer and religion group. This is not about
right or wrong, just want to discuss the implication of the conversation.
Under the logic, if pure service can’t be charged, that means the service you currently are paying for is bad ? Have you spent thousands of money on famous brand clothing or latest model of mobile phone, but not willing to invest much on your health of body, mind and spirit ? Of course, this is a personal choice but it gives a reflection of your relationship with money. Ask deep in your heart, do you think money is dirty, so you are resisting to earn money and make you so poor today? Or you are so rich but feel guilty inside on earning the dirty money ? This is caused by the fixed belief of the community on money.
If a healer doesn’t charge for anything, he needs to find another job to survive and spend no time to serve more receivers. On the other hand, if his healing service can charge reasonable fee, he can work in full time to serve more people. This will also attract more people to be a healer. This is the basic principle of free market economy.
When you visit a doctor, you pay for his service. When you visit a lawyer, you pay for his service. When you visit an insurance broker, you pay for his service. So is the healer. The most important thing is whether you are satisfied with the service you receive.
What are our relationship with money ?

During Chinese New Year, I
played card
games with friends. Some
people are familiar to win the game by controlling and
taking advantage of others.
They will use some conversation to attack you until you feel frustrated. In
the beginning, I did loss some rounds. When
I was aware to shift the situation, I grounded my Being and hold the peace-center mind. The
result
is totally changed. Finally I was the
big
winner
and the controller
lost the game. This is a powerful lesson.
I am applying the same Peace-center
Mind at
work and have seen some empowering results. In the office, some people are playing games
as a controller or victim. To avoid my emotion being influenced by them, I
always hold this peace-center mind (or call it STAND). I have created good working relationship and source many challenging career opportunities.

Do you know any friend trying to reduce weight ? They are so generous to spend thousands of dollars to buy the latest weight control pills or beauty programs. In the beginning, the result is very significant. After one month, they are so satisfactory and stop the pills/ programs. Very soon, they find the weight retained and complaint the pills/ programs aren’t functioning. Then they try another effective pills/ programs. The cycles are repeated until they are exhausted. At last they believe weight reduction is impossible because they have paid efforts many times.
When you ask about their habits of diet and physical exercise, they will explain eating is so enjoyable and exercise will make them so tired. They wish there is a miraculous pill to allow them crazily eat.
Which “weight reduction” program we are in progress ?

I’ve
sent Reiki to wish a specific new job position and create experience of
satisfaction.
However, the ultimate result is far better than my expectation. This position
can contribute my talent on strategic thinking and leadership. This verifies
that expectation on too specific goal will limit our possibilities because
sometimes it may not serve our highest goodness.
Someone
asks me if I get a good offer in the new company, shall I continue my development
on healing and training? My answer
is definitely YES. My development on healing and training is based on my self
actualization, not because I fail in my current job. In opposite, I do a great
job in the new position and live in a balance life by applying my developed
training tools. If we can’t apply the lessons from a training in daily living,
what is the value of the training ?! It is a shining experience when you BE who
your are in your life.

The result of last Reiki training class
is so excellent that
each participant has created successful experiences on Reiki healing and got
some insights on their Birth Mission. It is far more than our
expectation. Actually,
expectation on specific goals
and mechanics limits
our possibilities and create frustrated feeling. The key of
transformation is to go
with
the flow and focus intention to create the desired
experiences. This is different to our teaching
in school.
The
process of training is consisted of awareness, transformation and creation. The context is set with joy, peace, love,
compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, gratitude etc. This is a joyful and exciting experience to us.
After
the class, the participants not only learn to heal the physical health of others
and themselves, but also appreciate their unique talent. So they now show
self-confidence and be more open to express her feeling and ideas. They are
getting better relationship with family and better performance at work. It is
interesting to find that when we work out the relationship with ourselves, the
environment around us will turn to be beautiful. However, if we focus to
struggle on the surface level, like complaining my spouse is stubborn or my boss
is selfish, we’ll never improve the situation. The material reality outside is
a projection of our inner self. We are the source. We have spent much effort on
trying to change the world and others, but forget to check in ourselves. It is
only when we face up and shift ourselves, then we will enroll the world and
others to grow.
How can we raise our Self Esteem ?

But each time, our skill is getting stronger and then raise to a higher level. Sometimes we need to equip special Tools Box to accomplish different tasks effectively. When we get lost in direction or next steps, we can press Help key to ask for guidance. If the game is over, we can start a new game and continue to finish the journey. How to win in this game ? The answer is to accumulate the maximum number of positive points.

I’ve got a lot of ideas to write recently. They are so beautiful & important. When I am thinking how to sort out the priorities, many friends are frustrated at their work and want to switch their jobs. Meanwhile, many crystal charkas healing receivers have drawn the crystal card “Self Knowledge” which message is to ask whether they are living on the life they desire ?
I perceive HK is undergoing a economic structural change and we are inevitable influenced. Some people may feel nervous for the uncertainty and insecurity of future. I’ve gone through that experiences last year. That was painful and confusing. But that was a valuable lesson to push me discovering what is my unique talent and what do I want to live in my life. Breakdown and then breakthrough. That is a turning point in my life. I started to know a lot of new friends and encountered amazing incidents. They are passing messages to wake up my Birth Mission. I choose to be a Crystal Master and Training Facilitator. When I look back my life, the learning on meditation, Qigong, human potential development training, psychology, Zen study, work at multi-national corporation etc. have prepared me to accomplish my Purpose of Life on Earth plane.
I am now developing and practicing a new Life Training Program through the healing on body, mind, emotion & body to wholeness; balancing the spiritual fulfillment & material abundance, this is a Ying Yang/ Tao/ Mastery. I feel joyful, peaceful & loving when I follow the path of service. I realize the meaning of Self Actualization. God has given us the best blessings already.
My insight on Year 2000 is a beginning of rapid change. Some people may be frightened about the crackdown of existing system. The future is getting better. More people will be aware of the importance of spiritual life and live on their Purpose of Life. The world is getting equal and peaceful. The key on this process is to let go old belief pattern and commit to transformation. We are entering an Age of Enlightenment.

I think a lot of people would like to make a great wish today. Let’s talk about how to effectively make a great wish.
Highest goodness : The great wish is not for ego purpose, it should be for highest goodness (like world peace, nation prosperity, environmental health, joyful family etc.). Then your personal mission matches the highest goodness, in order to achieve a win-win goal.
Visualization : During a wish, you are experiencing the moment that your wish is already manifested. You can see, listen and feel the celebration, full of joy. Most of importance, be grateful to God’s kindness.
Faith : Really believe deep in your heart that your wish can be manifested. You are worthy to own this wonderful result.
Grounding : Do what you say. Be aware your thought, speech and act in daily life. Make sure they are in alignment with your great wish.
